DAOvest LLC manages this property. The property owes DAOvest $18,000 in management fees as no fees have been paid for 12 months. I deferred those fees on purpose so early owners would get a slightly better yield.
DAOvest will reduce fees for to $12,500 for year one instead of $18,000 so August: no yield will be paid.
September: yield resumes at the current rate.
New pictures go up in the next few days. The dog park buildout is moving and grooving and I want you to see the progress. Permitting friction is largely behind us. We are moving through the City of Everett channels without the earlier stall. Target Pawsome park to open 100% is October 1 of this year. The park is occupiable now. If you are local, DM me and I will walk you through the building.
