By default, when you initiate a new Buy Order transaction, you rental income balance (if any is available) will automatically be applied towards your order total:
These rental re-invesment transactions will be recorded in your Transaction History as follows:
"Rent reinvestment: of Rental Income: Property Name"
You can manually remove or edit the balance being re-invested by clicking the "Edit Rent Balance" field during the checkout process and updating the value to 0, as shown below:
** The rental-reinvestment feature can not be permanently turned off at this time.
